Colleague hacked password, withdrawn Rs 7500

Faridabad/ Alive News: An accused hacked password of his colleague and withdrawn Rs 75 thousand and sold his mutual fund of Rs 5 lakh. Over this, the victim complained in police station sector-7. The police investigating into the matter arrested the accused and sent him on police remand.

The incident came to light in Ballabgarh area where the victim Miraj Ahmad and the accused Bhnwar Singh resident of Subhash colony, Ballabgarh who have been co-accused in the indictments of Economic Offenses wing NIT zone. The accused came out from jail after 8 months on bail, but the victim Miraj Ahmed was in the jail. The duo were working in a company, therefore the accused Bhnwar Singh had personal information about the victim Miraj, the accused taking an advantage of the victim personal information, he hacked his mail id issued a duplicate sim card.

The accused telling himself as a Miraj, he got another debit card issued and withdrawn Rs 75000 from his ATM. The accused also got Rs 5 lakh transferred in his account from the victim’s mutual fund, but he could withdraw the balance. Bhnwar Singh told the police that he was doing this all because he believes Miraj Ahmed is accused of his jail sentence. He tried to hurt Miraj at least Rs 10 lakhs of economic losses, but he failed, because Miraj had come out from jail on bail and got fraud information happening with him.
