Finally, B.K Hospital achieves NQA Certificate

Faridabad/ Alive News: It is truly said hard work always brings happiness. Similarly, B.K Hospital’s effort brought laurel for the people of the city, because it has achieved National Quality Assurance Certificate (NQA). The certificate has been hand over to the hospital after visiting National Quality Assurance Team and now the hospital has made its position 3rd in the state as well as 11th in the country.

Let me tell you, a team bearing the four member of NQA of central government had visited to the hospital on August 22 to 24. During this they assessed the management of the hospital and took details provided facilities to the patients. Actually, the hospital management applied first time to get certificate. Apart from this, Panchkula, Gurgaon and Rohtak had also applied for this, but the B.K Hospital management had got 84 percent marks. Now the hospital management will have to pass assessment which to be held under the rejuvenation scheme next year. The NQA team asked the hospital to overcome the shortcomings. If the hospital removes the shortcomings and the management passes the test of rejuvenation, then the hospital will be provided Rs 25 lakhs from the center for a year and the money will be spent for improving health facilities.

“The certificate has been given to the hospital management for six month. The NQA team has told minor loopholes, after removing the shortcomings, the hospital will get the certificate for three years. Now there is shortage of staffs which is being attempted to remove it.”
