Minister Gurjar inaugurates Manjhawali Bridge, handed over to public by December


Faridabad/ Alive News: The Union Minister of Stated Krishan Pal Gurjar inaugurated Manjhawali Bridge here today. The bridge would be of 4 lanes while its cost would be Rs 400 crore and handed over to the public by December 2018.

The minister after inauguration of the bridge said the bridge would be proved life line for the both states as Haryana and Uttar Pradesh. He said the bridge is being prepared by keeping in view of all future’s circumstances. The minister Gurjar said a total 24 km long bypass would be prepared as 5km by UP government and 19 km by Haryana government on both sides of the bridge and its cost Rs 400 crore would be beared by the government of India.

The Minister Gurjar said with the construction of the bridge, people of both the states will be benefitted a lot. Mainly, the people will not have to pay toll tax, green tax and apart from this the people’s two hours long journey would be reduced by 30 minutes. The minister said the bridge would be handed over to the people after constructing by December 2018.
