Pharmacists don’t sell themselves to Jholachhap: Deepak Tripathi


Faridabad/ Alive News: The Pharmacist Foundation of Haryana is planning to take action against those pharmacists who are violating the Pharmacy Act. This information while sharing with mediaperson, Deepak Tripathi, state president of the foundation said that according to Pharmacy Act, Pharmacists cannot rent their license and a gazetted notification, PPR act-2015 released by Pharmacy Council of India, Pharmacists have to wear badge and white apron during their duty. If he doesn’t do the so, he may face legal action.

Deepak Tripathi said there are so many Pharmacists who sell themselves to Jholachhap. But Pharmacist Foundation of Haryana is ready to expose thus defaulters.

He said the foundation will inspect the medical stores in the city and action will be taken against the pharmacists who are found guilty.
