Chandigarh/ Alive News: The education directorate has issued a notification against private school, in which it has been said that disciplinary action would be taken against the private schools if they find open on the gazetted holiday.
The spokesman of education directorate giving information in this regard said it has been usually seen that many schools come to see open on the day of gazetted holidays that is against according to rule. He said an instruction has been given to the Deputy Commissioner including education officer and basic education officers of all districts that the private schools should not open on gazetted holidays and send report to the directorate against those schools who violate the rule, so that disciplinary action can be taken against them. It has given instruction to follow the order effectively.
