SVC Bank lights up Diwali at its premises

Faridabad: Shamrao Vithal Cooperative Bank (SVC Bank) located at Neelam Bata road Faridabad branch, conducted an inter school competition programme for Divya & Rangoli making on the occasion of Diwali festival in its premises here today. In this competition student of six schools as D C Model, Sr Sec Schoo, Prayas Social welfare Society, Shirdi Sai Baba School, Saffron Public School, G B L Convent School and Grand Columbus International School of Faridabad participated in the programme.
On the eve Mr. Pawan Gupta, director of DC Model School was the Chief Gust participated in the programme. Mr. Gupta specifically looked at Rangolis scored by all students who had come from several schools and wished them to participate in the program.
Approx 50-60 students participated in this competition. Some students participated in groups while other students participated individually.
Speaking on the occasion the bank branch manager Ravi Parkash Mittal said thank to all the students for making this contest successful. All the students made wonderful Rangoli & Divya. Students & Teachers enjoyed this event a lot. This platform gives an opportunity to all the students to show their hidden talents. He further said the children participating in this type of programme is to develop their intellectual power and their, these small experiences boost them to decide their respective aims in future.
Mr. Mittal says the bank has been regularly doing such inter school competition with school students and we wish to continue engaging with them in more innovative ways, he added.
